As anyone working in the field of cybersecurity knows, the skills gap is a very real—and very pressing—problem for organizations across the world. Beyond the time, expense and effort of recruiting, the gaps in filling positions result in additional pressure on existing security staff, who are typically working in teams of between 6 to 15 staff members – a relatively small number given the huge responsibilities they are tasked with.
